Japan Petroleum Energy Center has successfully concluded the 7th Asian Petroleum Technology Symposium held on February 18-20, 2009 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This symposium was organized jointly by Japan Petroleum Energy Center (JPEC), Japan Automobile Manufactures Association, Inc. (JAMA) and Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI), and aimed to exchange technical information on fuels and refining between Japan and/or ASEAN countries.
